I love the product not the website I love the product not the website. Finding the right hardware, or a specific size on the website is cumbersome. Instead of displaying every screw style and size, why not group like items and fine tune after making a selection?. Imagine searching for a shirt online and out of several prints and a dozen sizes your search results would display 12 pages of the same shirt displayed 48 times ...xs, s, m, europe 38, europe 40, europe 42... that's what looking for hardware is like (insert screaming).

Great Service -- Faulty Advertising The product delivery and the customer service staff was Excellent. The problem I had was with the McFeely's St.Patricks day flier I received in the mail indicated that there was a 10% up to a 35% discount on items. The flier indicates some of the products including Kreg items. When I purchased a Kreg item the discount did not apply. Disappointing.

FAST order fulfillment FAST order fulfillment. Website needs improvement; it's a little overcoming for infrequent users. However, they do have just about any fastener one would want. Shipping costly.

mcfeely's has always been good but I'm… mcfeely's has always been good but I'm a little concerned that the yellow zinc finish on the screws doesn't look as good as it used to. I have lots of old and new screws to compare side by side and the new finish seems quite thin and of varying color whereas the old screws appear almost as if the screw is yellow zinc to its core and smoother on the outside.
