I paid for my item on 12/10/23 today is 1/2/24... the tracking information has not been updated in over 10 days and all I keep getting from customer service are canned responses...Definitely lost a customer. Beautiful Cylinder The cylinder I purchased and received is beautiful. I’ll be giving it as a Christmas gift to a friend and will be purchasing a different one for myself. It’s the perfect size to put on the desk at work. The craftsmanship is great and the size of the lettering is perfect and easy to read. The packaging was great, kept the cylinder intact and unblemished. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I thought it would come in the nice round box with faithcorner shown in pictures on the website. came in a dented cardboard box just wrapped in bubble wrap. Now need to find a nice box to put it in to wrap it up.
