I wish all stores were like Automatic Door and Hardware UPS lost my package. I called Automatic Door and Hardware and they sent me a replacement no questions asked.

BEA remote wireless retrofit kit Purchased a BEA wireless door opener retrofit kit (433MHZ) that came with receiver/controller and 1 transmitter plus got a second transmitter, 1 inside 1 outside. The 300Mhz BEA'a are obsolete and this retrofit just dropped in and worked, saved a lot of time. That worked so well I'm buying 2 kits this time.

Super fast it would have been nice to talk to a customer service rep but when I emailed them they responded very quickly, and then I asked another question via email and he responded back very quickly once again. There was no hidden charges the price was very fair, shipping costs were very reasonable also. And even though it was towards the end of the day I received confirmation that my part shipped on the same day.

Knowledgeable Gary is a great guy to work with. He is pretty knowledgeable about sliding doors and always goes above and beyond to get the problem solved. As of now he helped me 3 times and all 3 times I do exact what he recommends me and problems are solved. Highly recommend.
