Super fast it would have been nice to talk to a customer service rep but when I emailed them they responded very quickly, and then I asked another question via email and he responded back very quickly once again. There was no hidden charges the price was very fair, shipping costs were very reasonable also. And even though it was towards the end of the day I received confirmation that my part shipped on the same day.

I have zero experience with doors I have zero experience with doors, and have spoken with Derek 3 or 4 times on 3 different doors. He is always very polite, patient, and educated me every time.
