My 1st Review ever written - That's how bad!!! I never write reviews...just saying because I have no choice but to protect others from the nightmare it has been working with them. Customer service atrocious. Returned tile after not even taking receipt of it, asked for my money back, and offered me a percentage...what? BTW - still no resolve 4 months later.... Stay away AVOID!

I received a bunch of tile from them… I received a bunch of tile from them that was all scratched so they offered to give me a refund. Normally I’d give five stars for that but I had to contact them about 5 times over a 3 week period to finally get the refund processed. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. But they finally did it and they did respond each time i contacted them. It just took a long time to get it done.

I highly recommend Stone Tile Depot I highly recommend Stone Tile Depot. I was in communication with Amy for about a year trying to figure out pricing and shipping and could I actually pull off the look I wanted in my budget. She was so patient and helpful. I had marble tile delivered to my house 2 days ago. Shipping was quick and everything was very securely packaged. I have not had time to open each box and look through each tile yet but I am feeling very positive. Thank you for all of your help and accommodations.

Experience with Emma I have had a couple of telephone conversations with your sales rep Emma. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful in educating me about your marble tile products. As a result of her professionalism and the reasonable price for the product - we have ordered a sample and look forward to purchasing several square feet for our new home.

I was delivered the wrong items I was delivered the wrong items, some items never arrived. And my messages were never returned to fix the order. I would give negative points if I could.
