GBI follow the fodmap meal plan and it works well but not 100%. I appreciate what I can get. I follow the fodmap meal plan and unfortunately can not re-introduce foods like garlic, onion, mustard, caffeine, etc. and may never be able to. The Fodzyme powder works well but not 100? Can you recommend a product that I can use if I want to be a grownup and have some wine? Thank you

GBFODZYME has been a game-changer FODZYME has been a game-changer in me personally being able to deal way, way better with my IBS type symptoms from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (besides meds I take). I had restricted myself to barely eating fruits and vegetables for years, until I found FODZYME on Instagram of all places. My dad has large vegetable gardens and I could barely eat any of what we grow. I love fruits and vegetables and legumes. Now I again can eat salads, peas, beans (to a point), tofu, raw carrots and celery with nut butters, berries, apples (still usually cooked), pears (still usually cooked), etc. Everything I had loved and stopped eating or barely ate any of! I can eat enough of those things that I am finally headed toward making my diet plant-based, which I've wanted to do for YEARS. Thanks to FODZYME! Basically anyone who has similar belly problems or even is just lactose intolerant or whatever, I tell them about FODZYME.

CAGreat user-friendly service Every time I've talked to them, I've had great service. Additionally, you get a reduced price when signing up for subscription, but if you're not in need of a refill yet, you can skip or delay your renewal date. There is always a text/email a few days in advance.

GBLove this stuff Love this stuff. It has allowed me to again eat pasta, Oriental foods and other meals containing onion and garlic. Just sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon on the meal, relax and enjoy. And amazing customer service -- when I accidentally ordered the wrong product Iggy caught the mistake and corrected it.

CAWorks well, expensive in Canada It definitely does seem to work, I have seen quite an improvement after meals when I use it. I would give 5 stars except that it is pretty expensive to have shipped up here to Canada. I find it hard to justify spending over $100 for one kit, (works out to $50/month if used for one meal per day, and sometimes it's needed more frequently than that)
