GBOne on one interaction is very helpful One on one interaction is very helpful; I would suggest for every order to assign an agent in the event a customer has a question. Customer service will ensure your customers come back. I am willing to pay more for that one on one because in the end, if I get exactly what I need then it can actually save me money.

GBYour company is the only source we… Your company is the only source we found for the particular style of cabinet hinges we needed. We had to replace the 80 year old hinges due to too many paint overs-they just wouldn’t come clean. Thank you for the prompt service as well.

GBItem ordered was apparently not in… Item ordered was apparently not in stock and I had to wait 4 weeks for the delivery from the manufacturer. Tracking was unavailable the whole time. Company should update their stock numbers more accurately so their customers are aware that an item is out of stock.
