Endurian pitch black shutters We bought 11 sets of pitch black… We bought 11 sets of pitch black Endurian shutters from Timberlane which were delivered in 2017. The shutters are absolutely stunning & truly took our home to the next level! This past fall we noticed just a few shutters had some raised or shadowy looking sections so I contacted Timberlane. I was fortunate to have Sheldon Buckner handle our concerns. We ended up taking photos & measuring the shutters that were affected & Sheldon ordered replacements. He couldn’t have been any nicer or more patient with us. He kept me informed every step of the way & we are awaiting delivery. As I said the shutters really stand out with cutouts of sailboats. We’ve had many compliments over the years & if we ever move, I would order Timberlane shutters all over again. Their quality & customer service are beyond any I’ve seen! Thank you!

Custom shutters in 12 days! Ordered five pairs of custom shutters; all the folks at Timberlane were very patient and made great suggestions. Did not expect shutters to be ready so fast! The shutters and paint job were perfect, and I did my part cutting in the mortises which didn't take long. Nice added touch of the aluminum caps atop each shutter too. Thank you Timberlane!
