So Helpful! I love Women’s Health Network and Better Bones with Dr Susan Brown. I have used WH For 11 years to get me through perimenopause, adrenal fatigue, and menopause. Just the proper vitamins and an adrenal supplement did wonders! Then after being diagnosed with osteopenia and osteoporosis at my first bone scan, I was referred to a specialist who prescribed a medication for the rest of my life that would prevent bone breakage, but not rebuild my bone density. I consulted with Dr Susan Brown, who recommended continued weight-bearing exercise, a pH balanced diet, and the supplement choline. The next scan two years later showed no osteoporosis! Thank you, Dr. Brown! Not only that, but I started feeling better and less fatigued when I started taking choline. Super late delivery Super late delivery. Based on my address in Calgary, Canada, it showed the estimate as 8-15 business days on the order page, but it took about 2 months for delivery. Looking at the delays, I ordered the same product again from a different website and got it delivered within a week. I requested for a refund for this product because it didn't arrive in time and now I'm stuck with it even though I don't need it. I'm never going to order any product from this website again.
