STAY WELL AWAY STAY WELL AWAY my other half ordered £382 worth of dresses for our bridesmaids. We received the dresses one dress was slightly ripped and another dress was a different shade to the rest. We then tried to send these back. If you read their return policy it states general returns can be handled by getting in touch before 6 days of receiving your dress. We got in touch with them 4 days after receiving. We asked for a full refund and a delivery address. They have ignored numerous emails. I have had a 1 to 1 conversation over Facebook which they had ignored my messages. So far it’s been a month and we are not any closer to getting our money back and returning the dresses. We have told them we will pay for recorded delivery to send them back but they have ignored. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this company. I have taken advice who have told me to take legal advice and ensure I have made it clear to them that I want a return and full refund. We are now £400 down Thank you very much Joy Betty I cant wait to see you in court it’s going to be worth every penny to ensure your company is held responsible and can not do this again to your customers.

Dresses doesn't look like the picture… Dresses doesn't look like the picture when ordered... And return policy is just for the fun of it.. You cannot return the dress if it doesn't look like the picture ... Don't waist your money... Bad experience with them... Still fighting...dresses are really bad..

DO NOT ORDER! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here they arrived damaged and they then refused to give me a refund even though it’s stated in there policy! They have deleted all negative comments on their site and only kept the good ones. They have ignored e mails and told me to sort the dresses myself from my local tailor. Really upset how I have been scammed and left out of pocket! Do not order from here.

Dress I love the dress. It is amazing and it looked exactly like it shown on the picture. I am really satisfied with my order. Also they have made some changes to the dress as I have requested with no extra cost and I love it, it's PERFECT and I can't wait to wear it to prom. Thank you

horrible!!!!! horrible!!!!!! Bride didn’t like the dress in person. They won’t let me send it back. I just wasted $80. Do not buy!!!!
