GBGreat products and staff! I found the staff to be very m, very kind and helpful. We had a little trouble finding the store as the building boasts a huge sign for a prior tenant. We tried to call for clarification, but the local number sent us to “corporate headquarters.” The products are wonderful. But I would advise offering larger font instructions, for older customers with vision challenges. I think senior citizens are going to be a growing market for CBD products.

GBOUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I received 2 items that didn't particularly work for me. I reached out to Heritage and they IMMEDIATELY refunded me the cost for both items, told me to try them again BUT keep them yet without even asking, REFUNDED MY FULL COST!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Customer for life!! The other product I use "Calm" ridiculously FABULOUS!!

The market is saturated with so many choices for CBD Products that claim to be natural and helpful!! I’ve tried several and this is one of the first to actually work and not smell like grandpa’s medicine cabinet !!!
