Linwood worked with us very closely, helping us make decisions during the whole process creating our dream home that exceeded our expectations.

We Love Our Linwood Home We were extremely happy working with Linwood homes. Their team was beyond helpful in making our dream home come true. We ran into many different hurdles with county codes, setbacks and height restrictions. Amy Peri, in sales and all of Linwood’s team worked diligently to help overcome all obstacles that came our way. They even had to re-engineer our entire plans to reduce the height of the home to fit within the county codes. The quality of the materials is outstanding. We love our Linwood home and can’t say enough great things about it. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful it is. Linwood homes, was very supportive through the entire process from the first day we contacted them until we received our final occupancy signoff. They were always by our side.

We went with one of the models on the site and had Linwood modified the plan a bit to our suit our needs. They looked after all the engineering, materials - windows, shingles and things I would never had thought about ...The staff was excellent. They helped us through the process but most importantly, quality of wood is 5 stars. TOP quality just like they said. I would have given five stars except for how the material is shipped. Unloading a sea container full of lumber was a bit of hassle.

Mcfarlane’s Folly My experience with Linwood didn’t suck!Although my Linwood advisor and I didn’t always see eye to eye I couldn’t be happier with the end result.. I built my home in the middle of nowhere so having everything delivered in one package worked out to be a big bonus.Linwood promised quality wood and that’s what they delivered.Now a days company’s make a lot of promises and rarely come through in the end but Linwood definitely played an important role in the success of my project.

The folks from Linwood were great to… The folks from Linwood were great to work with. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and responded quickly to our questions through all phases from purchase through construction. We would purchase from them again going forward. We do recommend, however, taking a very close look at what their base packages include then decide on any upgrades you want to have included. Do this prior to closing the deal. Upgrades can be pricy after the deal is signed. Michael
