GBVery basic plans with missing details… Very basic plans with many details missing roof design, structural members info. No materials list. Dont pay $1000 on their plans and expect you will get any permit approvals, let alone a builder to accept the plans as a useable construction doc.

GBGreat plan source Lots of great plans to choose from! No limit to the length of your notes on each plan. Also easy to compare plans side by side, I spent many pleasant hours over several weeks looking at all the possibilities. I found it difficult to print out screenshots to compare and play with changes. This process could be improved. Had a hiccup in ordering with an option that flipped over but customer service was very pleasant and took care of it immediately. There are also frequent discount possibilities. Overall a great experience.
