I place an order on the 7th of Dec and… I place an order on the 7th of Dec and didnt receive it til the 19th or 20th. They said the streplacement order was being processed on 21 and here it is the 29th and I have yet to to receive it. Same shipping error all over again. When I started off with caliblend my orders was delivered at a standard shipping time frame now it’s taking 2-3 weeks to make it to my residents and nevertheless I placed a more recent order and I can not even track it. Products are great it’s the shipping that’s terrible. Not looking to stop shopping with caliblend they just need to tighten up with the shipping and handling.

Wonderful store They provide a really fantastic product that helps with me manage my anxiety when it really feels like nothing else will. Packaging is discreet, but shipping label does have company name if you're concerned about complete package privacy. Overall a fantastic company that cares about the product they're putting out. Highly recommend!

Great dedicated customer service. I take back my previous poor review. After customer service replied to me through Trustpilot, I figured out my email client was blocking all the customer service replies being emailed to me for no good reason. Once I switced clients, we made contact and the problem was solved in minutes. Thanks for sticking with me and answering all of my questions. They are all about service and solutions!

Excellent experience This is a great company! I tried to order from company selling hemp in CT (timelesscbd) but they were very rude about my shipping inquiry, held my order extra time because I was a first time customer (but charged my credit card immediately), so I was able to cancel order. This company sent my order right away, received with kind note attached, great product. There were shipping notices all along the way. Thus is now my favorite hemp cbd company :) Thank you!
