Absolutely wonderful Berberine with inulin is the product I received. It helped with my fasting blood sugars. Brought my numbers from 180 to 130 or lower. I would recommend for any Diabetic or pre diabetic. The product is great.

Works great! WOW! The lithium orotate and anxiety formula really work wonders!
