We went to send flowers to someone who is going into hospice dying of cancer, Ordered on Sunday did not get delivered the next day and did not get delivered on Tuesday. Be aware this company is NOT a local florist. Even though they use the practice of putting your local dialling code, they are not local It is nothing more than someone sat in office as a middleman doesn’t have a flower next to them i guarantee. In my opinion this is absolutely disgusting that they are just an Interflora, style scheme. You can’t get an answer on when your flowers getting delivered. You never get a time, so the person can be in. I am so annoyed. Look on their website. They give themselves five stars. Look on trustpilot two stars do not use scam. I hope the owner of this company is thoroughly ashamed and karma comes back on them

GBAbsolute rubbish I have given the business since the 28th March to respond to my complaint and have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I have dead headed better flowers in my garden than were included in the floral tribute I ordered from them for a funeral. The white roses were brown as were some of the chrysanthemums, some of them were so bad I had to pull them out, petals were dropping out at the crematorium. The flowers should have been in the bin, not in an arrangement it was embarrassing.

GBWish I had read these reviews first… Wish I had read these reviews first before trying to order some flowers. What’s really concerning is they were one of the top suggestions by Google when k searched flowers in Warwick. Ordered £50 worth of flowers for same day delivery for my mums birthday. Shortly after Margaret emailed to say they do not deliver to the hospital address I gave. Lots of back and forth emails with Margaret, she basically promised to refund (hasn’t refunded). Refused to send flowers. Scam. Dreadful. Shameful.

GBAwful quality poor customer service Awful quality poor customer service. Purchased a 'Deluxe' bouquet for my wife for Valentines day. Without doubt the worst flowers I have ever seen. The roses were all bruised and the lillys had lost a lot of flower heads. Nothing like what I was supposed to receive. Customer service is poor basically did not want to know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

GBOrdered a bouquet for my Wife's… Ordered a bouquet for my Wife's Birthday from our sons based on the Next Day delivery service offered and promoted by Busy Bees. To my surprise I received a mail (no call) at 16.38 on the day of delivery to be advised that due to shortages the flowers could not be delivered until the following day - a day late for the Birthday. Too late to source an alternative and have refused a credit, a lame apology received also. Really disappointed with customer service and will not use again.
