Absolutely avoid Absolutely avoid. My bank are currently investigating for fraud. Ordered flowers at £29.99 2 payments have been taken no flowers I have rung endless times and emailed no answer. I thought I was quite savvy but totally conned by this fake company.

Flowers arrived squashed Flowers arrived squashed, damaged and delivered on a date different to what I had been told. Customer service is terrible. I tried on numerous occassions to sort this out via email but kept getting the same response - it's been refered to the manager. I got no resposne from a manager so called the main number only to be told the same thing. I asked for the managers name and contact details but was told this was irrelevant! I am incredibly disapointed as the flowers I ordered where for a significant anniversry which I made clear at the time of ordering. If i could give a zero star rating I would!

Will never order from them again! Will never order from them again! A double ended spray was ordered from Busy Bees florist Tonbridge for a family funeral. The floral tribute delivered was a single ended spray of flowers with the stems pushed into a chunk of oasis. This was just covered with cellophane. This was distressing for the family and not what we had ordered. I sent a photos of the said spray, together with their onsite double ended spray, asking what could have happened e.g had the spray been dropped and damaged? Having spent nearly 10 days trying to get any explanation, being told each time they were looking in to it, I have been finally informed "the manager and florist have looked at the photo and cannot see any problem" I should have been more careful in my choice of florist!

Late delivery… Completely let down by this Company would never use them again. We ordered flowers for a surprise for a dear friends on a specific date and they did not arrive on the day or next day infact 2 days late which totally spoilt the surprise then when i got in touch i was told it was a delivery problem due to location which there was never any mention at time of ordering.I was told a member of Management would be in touch but it is now a week and i have heard nothing i requested some sort of compensation but nothing so i will never use this company again nor recommend them. 0 stars should be an option .
