GBHo est customer service and great attitudes I really love the fact that the company gives incentives for returning customers and when I have a question on anything Tara and Joseph are willing to help. Plus it's nice to be able to talk to a customer representative instead of a machine. This is what keeps me coming back.

GBI have purchased shoes from them before… I have purchased shoes from them before and have tolerated the lack of customer service. This last order was a nightmare. Ordered shoes in Jan for my daughter's wedding in May. Needless to say shoes did not arrive until July. I attempted to contact them multiple times with no response. Very dissatisfied, will not recommend nor be ordering anything from them again.

GBThis company is a scam. Package was not delivered. Refund not issued. It’s been 3 years since the order was made. I have emailed Dapper Lane a dozen times to no avail. I have reported them to the BBB. Still no luck. This company is a fraud! Do not buy anything from them.
