CARefunded without reason and 2 weeks later Ordered on Jan 15th. Got a an email on Jan 29th saying it was shipped. Then just got an email Jan 30th saying the Part was refunded. Sent them an Email why it was refunded they sent me this: "Sorry - Item ordered has abruptly gone out of stock, Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize to you for this unacceptable incident and deeply regret the inconvenience." Really waiting this long for the Item to ship to only get this message? you should of sent me an email before Refunding it... this Part was for a Business and will be ordering more but forget that. Waste of time.

GBHorrible Customer Service Horrible Customer Service. I ordered an antenna from this company almost 3 weeks ago. I have called several times and left messages with their answering service who answers for their support, and no one has ever contacted me back! This company makes a lot of claims and offers, such as lifetime support, but what good is lifetime support of no one will ever call you back after numerous phone calls?!

GBPurchased a Wilson Pro 70 refurbished… Purchased a Wilson Pro 70 refurbished kit. Signal Booster had the best price, in fact, I didn't see a refurbished unit offered anywhere else. I noticed that I received a Pro 70 plus which is a more expensive model. The shipping manifest showed a Pro 70 plus so it wasn't an accident. What a nice surprise! All the accessories look new. The Pro 70 plus has some light scratches but is otherwise in great condition. I plugged the unit in and it powered up. I assume it works.

GBPretty Good The booster gives me 4-5 bars in the immediate proximity of the booster. Without it I only get two. However, a couple months after first using for the booster, it sometimes stops working. Seems to be heat related. The light goes from green to red when this happens. If I elevate the booster by rolling a pencil under one end of it, it seems to work better. The booster is placed on a wooden shelf, not near a heater, etc. The ambient temperature in the room remains pretty close to 70 degrees F.
