very difficult to get a double green on the home 3G I moved the antenna box all over the roof and every side of the house for almost 10 hours. I kept getting flashing Reds and flashing oranges. I finally ran the antenna wire through the basement and out the basement window about 40 feet from the box. With the antenna box laying on its side and the Tower side facing the wall I get a double green.. if I put it in any other position the orange light flashes and I don't get a signal. My signal fluctuates from -107 to - 95. It is now working but it is a very quirky product to deal with.

This system increased my rural signal by over 30 dB to -65 to -71 dB, which is excellent signal strength. Note: You MUST know the exact compass heading to your closest cell tower for the Yagi to work. Go to "antenna research" on the web. This will show your closest tower. Download Google Earth pro and use the ruler tool to get the compass direction and distance. I use this for streaming video, which allowed me to cancel satellite service. The investment will pay off in 10 months. Save money and buy the basic system with Omni antenna and whip antenna, then purchase the Yagi and indoor antennas separately. This is far less expensive than buying Signal Boosters' top package.

Refunded without reason and 2 weeks later Ordered on Jan 15th. Got a an email on Jan 29th saying it was shipped. Then just got an email Jan 30th saying the Part was refunded. Sent them an Email why it was refunded they sent me this: "Sorry - Item ordered has abruptly gone out of stock, Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize to you for this unacceptable incident and deeply regret the inconvenience." Really waiting this long for the Item to ship to only get this message? you should of sent me an email before Refunding it... this Part was for a Business and will be ordering more but forget that. Waste of time.

Company in liqidation I purchased a signal booster in MARCH 2022,it had a 2 yr warranty, worked fine until early JULY 2023, after repeated tries to contact the company regarding the warranty , finally got a short email response saying the company is being liqidated and nothing can be done.
