Great support, great source Danny is a customer service rep at Direct Liquidation and he's been stellar. I've always had great experience with DL over the years, but when there are issues arise, Danny has always been helpful and supportive. Many of my issues are taken care of and I always feel great when there's someone I know I can rely on to make things right! DL is a great source, but as other sources, you need to test first to see if it's the right fit before fully committed. I'm fully committed and has been with them since day 1.

Good Customer Service/ Damaged Goods I ordered my first pallet ever from Direct Liquidation, it really seemed like a great deal. It was a Walmart returns pallet. Once I received the pallet over half of the merchandise on the pallet was damaged, as in cracked and broken. The box containing the high ticket item was empty. I can’t blame it 100% on Direct Liquidation because it could have been the shipper that damaged the product and Walmart accepting the returns. As far as customer service goes they are great.

Refurbished electronics Great site to buy refurbished laptops and gaming consoles. Customer service is always helpful and nice to speak with. Only thing is I would recommend is arranging your own shipping as it can get pretty expensive.
