After several attempts to cancel my… After several attempts to cancel my order that never was given a response to, I unfortunately received the order. As I expected, the ring looks NOTHING like the original. I will NEVER order anything from this place again.

Over a month and a half later Over a month and a half later, I still haven’t gotten my product or a refund. Also can’t get in rich with customer service via phone or email. This company seems like a SCAM! It’s been several months now (6 to be exact) and still no response from customer service nor a product or refund. They replied to this review saying I received my package that I NEVER RECEIVED! It’s crazy how they can post false replies, but have yet to actually contact me and resolve the issue!

I ordered two rings from my ringos and… I ordered two rings from my ringos and received a package containing three peppermint candies and no rings. I assume that the candies were sent to provide a tracking number. A complete rip off! I finally did receive the rings

Nonresponsive Liars Wife ordered ring Oct. 5th and payment cleared Oct. 6th. After trying to get updates for 7 WEEKS, she sent me the order email on Nov. 25th. I started corresponding with them Nov. 26th. After almost 2 more weeks, emailing every other day, I was told on Dec. 7th that a refund was initiated and would be in the bank account in 5 - 7 days. On the seventh day, Dec. 16th, I received another email simply with a tracking number and no mention of the refund. The ring was a gift for an October birthday and after being told the refund was initiated, we ordered another ring. Now we have 2 rings even though the myringos.com website claims 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. After 12 weeks, they have never provided the refund. They have provided the worst online experience I have ever encountered. UPDATED: 6 months later and they prove how nonresponsive with response below. As stated, ended up with 2 rings as Christmas gifts because this could not be returned.
