AVOID AVOID! Scam company. Ordered an xbox series x console, received an invoice and replies to numerous emails regarding delivery dates for a few days after ordering then couldn't get a reply. Several companies listed at same address, phone number doesn't work. Hope these people get jailed or die slow + painful deaths

Absolutely fuming.Purchased an Xbox for… Absolutely fuming.Purchased an Xbox for my boys birthday and was given a date of arrival. The item never arrived so I went on their online messenger and tried calling their phone number. The first couple of attempts they answers and fobbed me off with lies, saying the item has been posted and will arrive shortly. Obviously the item didn’t arrive and more calls and messages followed only for these scammers to stop replying and stop answering the phone. I’m now in the process of ‘action fraud’ which is online cyber police and also I was intelligent enough to use my Visa card so now in the process of cancelling the payment. Complete scammers, please do don’t waste your time and purchase anything

EXTREMELY DODGY! 😠 I waited 2 weeks for my Xbox Series X and nothing has been received from this company. There's been no legitimate contact or order number with 'Parcel Force' who they claim to use so I "raised a dispute" about this fraud and my bank told me the Cartelectronics account is based in Illinois, USA!! TOTAL SCAMMERS! Luckily I got my £411 back immediately. If you too were deceived, contact your bank and get your money blocked to them and back where it belongs. Good luck 👍
