Having them as POD supplier tanked my Etsy Shop! First there was a period of time in which their shipments ran up to 10 days late but I didn't say a thing because I know that bad things happen sometimes. Then.. during/after the Christmas rush I received dozens of complaints and refund requests because their sizes were running way too small. I'm not even going to get into my attempts to get some kind of compensation for having to issue all those refunds, not to mention the damage it's done to my "on-time" score, my satisfaction ratings and the good name and reputation of my shop in general. Stay away!!

Disappointed, bad business Ordered shirts over a month ago and still no product , will never use this company again made shirts for a trip and never came in on time …. I also made 2 separate orders and the second order gets here but not the first order very disappointed by your company ..:(

I am very disappointed with this… I am very disappointed with Hugepod. This was supposed to be my first order. I have been waiting for my goods for more than a month now and have already inquired three times if they can at least give me a delivery date, but unfortunately, hugepod can't even manage that.
