GBBad customer experience, extremely stressful Bad customer experience. Agreed with the vendor to return a pair of shoes that did not fit, almost spent an additional £20 for a tracking return service to a delivery address somewhere in Vietnam. It's been almost two months since my shoes were returned, money was never refunded. They claim shoes never arrived. Overall extremely negative experience. I strongly suggest to buy elsewhere.
