GBThere were several issues with this… There were several issues with this company. 1) they shipped to our billing address, and not my fiancées shipping address, ruining the surprise that he was going to propose. 2) the ring began losing stones within 3 days of wear. When contacted, we were told that to use the "lifetime guarantee" we would need to pay to ship the ring to Turkey, which their website did not say when we purchased the ring. It wasn't until after we complained that they added "at customer cost" to their site 3) customer service took a literal WEEK to respond to our initial message, not over a holiday or particularly busy season
