WILL NEVER ORDER from wishcrystal again! Many items were damaged, cracked & low quality - they refused to exhange even after I sent pictures! Have ordered from wishcrystal many times and the latest order i placed for more than $700 was total crap. The quality of many of the palm stones was so horrible that I wont be able to sell them as I had planned. Many were broken and obviously glued back together (very badly done) and lots of them were not even the color that the stone was supposed to be. They also mixed up part of my order and sent some of the wrong stones. Many of the small towers i ordered were also very poor quality - the rose quartz was barely pink and had black streaks all through it and a few were also damaged/cracked. I contacted wishcrystal right away and told them about how unhappy i was with the quality (i also included pictures) and requested to return or exchange the damaged items as well as the ones which had basicallly no color. I was told that I could not do so and that that was simply the quality of all the items they sell. WOW. They did offer to replace or refund me for the incorrect items they sent and i requested a refund for them (which i never ended up receiving) since I will NEVER be ordering from wishcrystal again after this experience! I am not stuck with several hundred dollars of damaged, cracked & poorly repaired cabochons & towers as well as many palm stones which do not even resemble the product photos on their website. DO NOT ORDER from wishcrystal of you will also end up taking a big loss and sitting on lots of terrible quality product.

BUYER BEWARE 1st order Great! 2nd not so... My first order was great, and everything came without a problem withing the given time frame. Customer service was very responsive. I decided to give them another try given the great experience I had. This time it was like I was shopping in a whole other store. I passed my order and contacted them to know when they expected it to be shipped and received. I got a response that my order would ship on November 9th and received by the 16th. That was perfect for me since my items were needed at the latest by the 24th and set to ship on the 28th. My order was finally shipped on the 12th, which was also ok given the dates needed. I hadn't received my order yet and I got another email on November 17th saying they had now shipped my order. I was confused, so I wrote to them asking why I was getting another shipping message? Did they split my order? Was it going to arrive on time? I didn't get a response. I received my shipment, and it was incomplete which explained the 2nd email. When I tracked it, it showed being delivered for November 29th. Which wasn't good at all for what I needed the items for. I wrote back to check if all the missing items would be in the next shipment and to see if they could get the box here on the requested dates. No answer... I called their customer service number, a lady answered but advised me that she was only a receptionist. That she would advise the right person for them to call me back. that never happened! So, I decided to write to them on the chat on their website. Still no response. I got quite angry and annoyed at them because at this point, I had no clue if they could speed up the process nor what was coming. I had employees scheduled to come in and pack and if the items weren't going to arrive on time, I would have to purchase others. I tried reaching out to them one more time. Still no response… I couldn’t take any chances so; I purchased replacements for the missing items to make sure my orders went out on time. I finally received the order on November 25th. I am now out 465$ because I purchased replacements because NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS OVER THERE. I am more than pissed because as a small store owner this is a lot of money which comes directly out of my family’s income. These people take great care when you first purchase to get you to come back but don’t care about you or your needs afterwards. Another company that is out there to just make money! I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THEM TO SMALL STORE OWNERS. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP!
