GBExcellent customer service! Was contacted and told what i ordered was out of stock and asked if i wanted a refund or a substitution, and as soon as i responded it was sent out and got here on time! Excellent customer service never had an issue, discreet packaging so people wont be tempted to steal it.

GBMake me feel better I have ordered from you for the first time prior and had no issues with my order. I ordered a second time and you guys advised my package was delivered and I never received it. You explained to allow a few extra days. Sometimes it shows its delivered and it hasn't. I am willing to waiting some more for the package but i also don't want to miss the opportunity to report to my bank if you guys can't assist
