CANo difference after 1 year, on or off. After 1 year of use husband and myself feel absolutely no difference when taking or not taking. It’s a light brown powder capsule, not the black sticky tar you can buy elsewhere so will look into that. Extra star for their customer service - always top notch (thanks Taylor B)

GBI was able to postpone a shipment for… I was able to postpone a shipment for which I had already been charged and get a refund because of the swift response to my email by Taylor B. This is great customer service!
