I purchased items on-line I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!

Affirm refunded me back the loan I took to get this purchase. …So the part where you emailed me saying you would send me a replacement shoe was lie? I wonder why you never sent me the package…Thanks for replying back here instead of personally reaching back since Monday. Yet you didn’t ship my order like you said you would on Monday Sept 18. Why didn’t you?
