Counterfeit KN95 masks and… Counterfeit KN95 masks and unprofessional customer service. The KN95s I purchased did not have the GB2626-2019 stamp on them, per KN95 official standards. The masks show this stamp on the product picture, but the masks I received do not have this stamp. When I asked customer service about a refund they told me they didn’t want to “spend time arguing with me” and they refunded me. Unprofessional response and counterfeit masks - this business should be shut down, it is unsafe to sell fake medical supplies.

Have either a set of new filters ready ( timeouts) or more have and extra mask and filter ready or have in your pocket a regular N95 and rip off the saturated filter and use the mask to hold the new N95 it in place without the need to place the elastic strap around the ears.
