Plan waaaayyy ahead on your purchase Plan waaaayyy ahead on your purchase. It took 7 business days to process the order and ship with no heads up. Then another 5 business days for delivery. I was expecting a week total. We had to find other means for formula for our infant due to the significant processing time...Very frustrating...

Slow order processing, misshipped order and ground freight was more expensive than the product ordered. I ordered 6 packages of Garofalo Gemelli pasta. I received an email that a partial shipment of 4 packages was shipped and the remaining two packages were back ordered. The packaged I received was another customer's order for 4 packages of Garofalo's Mafalda Corta Pasta. I notified Nuline of the misshipment and they are now looking into correcting the order. I get these things happen, but what really bothers me is the 6 packages of pasta cost $32.10 and the UPS ground shipment cost $36.99. Maybe I am too use to Amazon's Prime service of quick shipments and minimal freight costs. Am I to assume that shipping costs for all orders I place with Nuline are going to double the costs of my order?

Poor communications options for customers trying to complete an order I tried for several days to complete an order. There was some kind of problem with the payment - my bank allowed the charge but Nuline kept putting the money back in my bank account and telling me there was a problem with the payment. I attempted to email, use the live chat, and fill in a help form but never heard from anyone at Nuline. Finally I backed out and tried again with a different payment source, not one I wanted to use. Very poor communications options for customers trying to deal with a problem.
