Fantastic customer service I ordered an item for my as a gift which I didn’t give her until an anniversary three weeks later. The item had a faulty zip and due to the time I expected a bit of a battle. No such thing though. I contacted the customer service and after providing photos of support a replacement was offered and dispatched the next day. Our first order but definitely not the last. Fantastic customer service. Pleasantly Surprised! Shipping was fast and the clothes are exactly as pictured, true to size, and nice hefty materials. I'm definitely pleased with my purchase! I was halfway expecting the clothes to look really cheap, but that's not the case!

I bought a dark denim jacket,which is… I bought a dark denim jacket,which is actually true to size and exactly how it was described, some other retailers do not give an accurate description or the image of an item is not true to real life. It is slim fitted, just the way I like it. The delivery was on time and I had no problems buying from this online shopping company shuuk.

HAPPY BUT !! Very. Good service kept me updated on delivery which arrive on time stated Im a lady under five foot ( petite ) so took a risk and bought a mini skirt in the sale expecting it not to fit and return it . Because it was a mini skirt it fit me perfectly it’s of good quality and a lovely colour I wished I had bought another one but it’s now sold out I’m just disappointed that the company don’t do a petite range as I would definitely use them again if they did , so hope this is something they could look into in the future PLEASE
