It seems this would merit a discount or partial refund. update 6-14-2022 The blue middle weight band that was part of my full bundle was not replaced with a better silicone band as I was assured. I only received the black, orange and red band. Contacting customer service seems like an impossible task. Update 6-22-22 The company fulfilled the order with a comparable substitute. Looking past the fulfillment issues, the bands really are a great product that I use several times a week.
