GBThis was my first experience with Worden's This was my first experience with Wordan's and it was a pleasure doing business with Charlie. I am technically challenged and had difficulty adjusting my order when it was doubled. I received an e-mail and follow up telephone call from Charlie who recommended that I use a different browser or computer. Problem fixed. Can't remember the last time I received a friendly voice or someone who actually wanted to help. Will continue to do business with Wordan's thanks to the kind and courteous service received from Charlie.

GBAwesome customer service Awesome customer service. I had a problem with the string on my zippered hoodie. Twice before I had attempted to make contact with customer service via email but never received a response. It was difficult for me to call during normal business hours so it took a while before I was able to reach back out to Wordans. Angela understood my dilemma and she took care of the problem quickly. I have purchased from Wordans for years and this experience will keep me coming back. Thanks again Angela!

When I got the order for my employees in my small business, there were 2 shirts that were accidentally sent in the wrong color. GBI made an order on Thanksgiving day but… I made an order on Thanksgiving day but I got worried I may no be able to sale stuff so I contacted Wardons customer service and spoke with Angelo she’s great . I’m probably the most wishy washy person ever I emailed slot and she always responded graciously and was so helpful!! I have a hemp farm and my farm is run by a nuero diverse (austistic person) me. Communication is sometimes a challenge . Angela is someone I hope to work with again . I will use your business for my business because u have good snd kind people thank u jane
