This was my first experience with Worden's This was my first experience with Wordan's and it was a pleasure doing business with Charlie. I am technically challenged and had difficulty adjusting my order when it was doubled. I received an e-mail and follow up telephone call from Charlie who recommended that I use a different browser or computer. Problem fixed. Can't remember the last time I received a friendly voice or someone who actually wanted to help. Awesome customer service Awesome customer service. I had a problem with the string on my zippered hoodie. Twice before I had attempted to make contact with customer service via email but never received a response. It was difficult for me to call during normal business hours so it took a while before I was able to reach back out to Wordans. Angela understood my dilemma and she took care of the problem quickly. When I got the order for my employees in my small business, there were 2 shirts that were accidentally sent in the wrong color. I’m probably the most wishy washy person ever I emailed slot and she always responded graciously and was so helpful!! I have a hemp farm and my farm is run by a nuero diverse (austistic person) me.
