GBIdk why they’re asking for a review… Idk why they’re asking for a review when I haven’t even got my order. Legit ordered this January 2, haven’t gotten my order. I try contacting them and they are never available or get back to me. Worst experience ever.

GBHighly Unsatisfied Customer I placed order #8897 on January 10, 2023. I’ve been waiting for six months to get these shoes. I received an email on May 23 stating that my order had been shipped. I have not received the merchandise or any correspondence from a shipping company. I have tried to reach out numerous times to this company with no response.

GBDon’t waste your money on fakes!! Upon purchase I end up getting a pair from a friend so I try canceling the order so it ask to contact seller by email or message… but nothing has happened from customer service before product been shipped I email and sent numerous messages.. a week pass and they still shipped the shoes I continue sending messages but I end up receiving the package upon opening the box and checking out the shoe.. it was “FAKE!”.. I’m telling you it’s straight hell I spend hard earned money for fakes and a heart break and stressful time dealing with

GB🚫🚫DON'T SPEND A PENNY🚫🚫 🚫🚫Don't spend a penny with this undependable company just to save a couple of dollars....... NOT WORTH IT!!! Horrible customer service, never returned any emails. Took a month to receive shoes. And they changed their name from Izza Footware to Solefactory. DON'T, STOP, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!🚫🚫🚫

GBHorrible experience Haven’t received the shoes I ordered yet and it’s been over 2 months, although they should be arriving soon according to tracking. I also don’t trust that they will be real because of all the other reviews saying they’re fake. Customer service is horrendous and they do not respond. Please do not buy from them.
