Excellent Customer Service The incredible customer service response, due to most recent item I received not meet my expectations, was superb. The team has been very helpful and proactive with remedying the situation. I feel their primary concern is my satisfaction with not only the product but their customer service. I will gladly purchase from Apollo Moda again based on this follow up experience.

Size Matters The sneakers I purchased received compliments on the first wear. The look great, however I ordered a 12 and received a 11 1/2. I didn't realize until I was in pain after wearing them for 30 minutes. I couldn't return them since I've worn them outside

Great shoe company and great customer… Great shoe company and great customer service. The wrong size shoes were sent, they took care of the issue and sent the right size out right away. I have several pairs of shoes from them, excellent quality style and comfort!

They replied after review I ordered a pair of shoes they came right away good but the size was no good I've tried for 4 days at customer support all I get is crickets. Very poor customer service now that I have issued a poor review 1 star for customer service they send me a response saying because I 1 stared them I can't do a return really glad it was only 100
