GBDonna T is the best Donna T. is the most helpful customer service person. Every Monday for the last 5 weeks she has checked on some items for me that have been on order in NY. She did this without me asking. The product has finally been received in NY and she put through the order today. My customer is going to be thrilled once it arrives in MI. She is absolutely the BEST!

GBwhen placing order there was transfer… when placing order there was transfer from NY and will not let me place order had to call customer service took about 20 to 30 minutes to figure out to send order I had to go each items and 1 which was suppose to send from NY once that item was cancel it went thru Your IT team should find better solution for this problem I had order for over $7000 It is time consuming

GBI can not reach my customer support… I can not reach my customer support Tara mazzella since last year we work together, but she suddenly stopped helping my problem I told her many times give me a call when you get a chance I have all e mail but she didn’t, since last month Im trying to get my credit back they don’t know what’s going on, I have all invoices and documents. The sent me missing items couple times and I see double charges many times , hopefully someone see this comment and reach me out as soon as possible
