The best customer service around. The customer service experience was exceptional. From the phone conversations and advice on what product to buy and the follow-up after the purchase on how to install. I had individual things I needed to get clarified that were part of my learning experience of the product. The staff proactively reached out to me, was willing to exchange photos so I could explain my questions, and walked me, step-by-step, through the installation process. Paid for two lights but only one was… I originally ordered two lights but unfortunately only one was shipped. After alerting Commercial LED to the problem they promptly corrected the error and sent out the second light. In addition they totally refunded the cost of one of the lights and apologized for the error. While it did put me slightly behind schedule it was a minor inconvenience and they were very helpful getting it resolved. Lights are now in and work great. Will be shopping again in the future.
