Really a great company and awesome… Really a great company and awesome customer service. I needed some reagent grade NH3OH in late spring for delivery on the East Coast. Since it was already hot in the Mid West, Alliance had just taken it out of seasonal availability for shipping a day or two prior to my order (since it has a BP of 96 degrees). I called and they reviewed the weather where I’m located and it was still forecast to be in the 60s. We talked it over and they agreed it would still be safe to ship it to me. It worked out great.

Non existent after sales:order support Was looking for TPM for finishing 3D prints and was directed to a similar chemical but not the one I needed that, I have now, but don’t know what it is. My emails and phone calls went nowhere so I don’t know how to proceed. Absolutely no after sales support and the short term pre sales support was prompt of course but didn’t even relay accurate info. Now I’ve got 5 gallons of an obscure solvent I know nothing about and have no use for that I’ll likely need to pay to get rid of.
