GBThey suck They suck. No respect for the customer's time. It takes weeks to get a teledoc appointment once your labs are done. They don't send you the labs before the appointment. In my case, they cancelled the onlineappointment without telling me and I waited online a half and hour and NO ONE showed up. So many other online TRT and GLP-1 clinics out there. They said call back to reschedule. There was a mixup. Avoid Henrymeds.

Needed an appointment that worked with my schedule and deadline and Courtney B. was amazing in setting me up with a new date and time and stayed with me on the phone until I had completed the Intake forms and was there for any questions. Amazing service, she went above and beyond to help me.
