The Nurse Practitioner Erin Rodriguez… The Nurse Practitioner Erin Rodriguez was very professional and made me feel at ease. I had been waiting for a while and was going to hang up when she came onto the call. The smile on her face, the way she answered all my questions, didn’t rush me off, and advised me on how to proceed with my dosage made it easy for me to decide to continue with IVIM. She is truly a gem, and I’m going to request her for my next follow-up visit.

I had my virtual appointment and it has… I had my virtual appointment and it has been a hastle to process my order. I don’t see the follow up note stating what medicine I’ll be taking, also I can’t find invoice for medication to be processed and paid for from my end. I’ve sent a message and there has been no response…unfortunately , I’ve paid my monthly fee and I’m facing these difficulties.
