Excellent experience at Praga Medica I travelled from the UK to have a cosmetic procedure, Blepharoplasty, with Dr. Šedivý. From my initial enquiry through to the surgery Praga Medica were absolutely fabulous. I always felt confident I was in good hands. I am absolutely thrilled with the results following my surgery. Lenka my patient co-ordinator checked in with me through-out the varius stages and answered any questions pre or post op. The clinic the surgery was performed at was immaculate and kept spotlessly clean.

Great Experience The process was very simple thanks to the attention of detail from Katerina who was exceptional in returning query emails and arranging the hotel which was very good accommodation for my 3 night stay for cataract operation. Included in my package pick up and drop off to airport big thanks to Peter lovely man. Also included was an interpreter Diana a lovely warm lady who explained everything in the clinic process. As for the operation big big thank you to all the clinic and operating personnel so very professional and all went well everything explained to the highest quality would highly recommend this clinic. I was in contact with a consultant named Veronika who made sure all my questions were answered on time and any doubts I had put to rest. Very supportive throughout the whole journey and we couldn’t be any happier with our new addition to the family. It’s a baby boy!!
