Fantastic program! It's challenging, mostly doable and engaging! I've gotten stronger and I didn't think I could. I'm 62 and just started consistently this year. I am definitely stronger and will continue to improve physically thanks to Lindywell!

Quick help from support team I was having trouble casting my workout videos to my TV. I got a quick response from the support staff with suggestion to make it work. Following their suggestions, I now can watch those videos on my TV. Their quick response help me keep my forward progress with my exercises.

The daily workouts are great The daily workouts are great. Some are to hard for me but I make due. I like the recipes you offer. Would like to see more nutritional guidance without a full blown lecture. I do really find Lindywell a great workout tool

Lindywell Lindywell, Robin and the team have continued to be the kind of encouragement I need. Personally, I believe more women need to hear their message of ‘grace over guilt’ and whole body wellness. The movement portion, the breathing exercises, the recipes, plus the reminders that we are on a journey toward full health, are perfect for pursuing lifelong practices. Like Robin has said before, it’s more than just what size of jeans you fit into. It’s inner strength, stress management, positive self talk, nourishing eating, daily movements, rest, fun that make a difference and make a person truly healthy.
