The worst service I have ever come… The worst service I have ever come across! Package lost in march tracking never updated USELESS

Horrible USPS Atlanta ervice! The US Postal Service did not deliver our March and April 2024 lease payments to our commercial landlord located only 30 miles away from us in Atlanta. Payments mailed by most of our customers in Atlanta are taking 3 weeks or longer to receive, and many never arrive. This has become a real problem for us, our customers and our vendors.

It’s more than a month that my package… It’s more than a month that my package is in Miami delivery center. I don’t jnow what to do, plus there is no way to contact them through their website if you don’t have an American address and I’m Italian. UE400619435US.

USPS is complete trash USPS is complete trash. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on April 15th. By the 20th the package is lost, possibly stolen. No clue of tracking information updated its still is the next facility whatever next facility means. However, I do know I don't have my package, had to get a refund, and my package still in the air somewhere. The USPS Director is trash too. Cannot contact anyone and USPS is also not hiring. The chat now button doesn't work, the number asks you the same question about a package with absolutely no follow-up. None. I've filled out everything with no email or results.
