GBUse FedEx or UPS if you want it to make it! Why is my package departing Fort Worth for three days! I live near Burleson.

GBLost certified return receipt mail-… Lost certified return receipt mail- which by the way cost more to send then regular and has its own tracking. When putting a claim into usps to try and locate - no one at post office cares. They tell you oh still in transit - start date 4/5 and as of today 4/24 still not to destination. really ridiculous.

GBI have had two expensive packages lost… I have had two expensive packages lost within the last six months. Packages now take at least 7-10 days to receive, whereas before it was 3-5 days. If picked up by DHL and handed over to the post office, you can count on tacking another 4 days on to it. I live near San Francisco, no excuse for this service.

GBMail not arriving to my mailbox. I have problems receiving important mail letters over the past several weeks, even after trying to get it resolved. Bills not coming in on time, IRS letters not showing up in time. Would love to know where it is all going to so it can be located please.

GBUSPS threw away a package that I wrote Return to Sender on claiming that it was undeliverable. USPS threw away a package that I wrote Return to Sender on. The package was sent via UPS to me from Garrett Wade and was a jar opener for $30.00. I realized after ordering it that I had already purchased one a year earlier so I attempted to cancel the order but it had already been sent. I was advised by GW to simply Return it without opening. I personally handed it to my letter carrier who said that it would be placed in a UPS bin as part of Carrier Agreement for them to return to GW as it also had a USPS code. But after 7 to 10 days I did not hear from GW. Upon tacking the USPS code the message was that the package could not be delivered to the Sender or returned to the recipient and was "Disposed Of." Upon calling 1 800 ASK USPS I was told that "USPS disposes of packages all the time. She said that it was "undeliverable" to either party and they simply threw it away. BUT USPS WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PLACED INTO A UPS BIN FOR UPS TO DELIVER IT BACK TO THE SENDER. USPS told me that that they are not responsible for the cost of the item because it was not insured. And to add insult to injury there seems to be no way for me to even find out who the PostMaster is or how to speak to him as none of their policy pertains to unopened packages being returned.
