Highly recommended BigDumpster was great to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy. The driver arrived at the scheduled time, with a phone call shortly before arrival to confirm it was still convenient for us. Driver even suggested, without us asking, a better place for us to put the dumpster than we had originally thought. Great experience!

Abandoned Dumpster, Zero Communication I've been calling to have them remove the dumpster I rented from my driveway since June 3, 2023. The recordings say to leave a message, I do with all the details requested, and nothing. I've had no response whatsoever from this company and now there's a dumpster abandoned in my driveway. I've chosen every option on the automated system when calling, have left messages with every one of them, and still nothing. I'm now going to report the dumpster as abandoned and see what authorities I can get involved in this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They had hidden charges and put them on my credit card without my approval . Will never use them again and will tel all I know not to....
