GBRobovault in Ft Lauderdale was… Robovault in Ft Lauderdale was outstanding when it was locally owned. StorageKing now owns Robovault's facility. Service is plain bad. No one answers the phone. Ever. Messages about updating a credit card for autopay were not returned. The SK website said it did not recognize my credentials after two years of ownership by SK. I could not transact routine business online, such as making a payment to avoid penalties, as a result. I am moving to a locally owned facility. Buyer Beware.

GBStarted out as a customer under old… Started out as a customer under old management ( 2017) a true delight to work with. Every Month there is new change. Company does not answer calls or return email messages. Have been locked out of online access repeatedly gate codes erased, poor customer service each month and I will be moving on soon. This is what happens when a local business is bought by out of towners who don't understand local business.

GBMichelle at location 065 in Pensacola… Michelle at location 065 in Pensacola Florida has been absolutely wonderful in many ways, from helping me last April to downsize my mother's storage unit to what we currently needed to today when she walked me through setting up an online account in order to make online payments. She has natural customer service skills that you just can't teach someone. So glad she is working at the Olive Road location. : )

GBMy storage unit was broken into while… My storage unit was broken into while facility security system was compromised. Even tho previous thefts had occurred to outside units, the indoor facility was left exposed and open to public. My boat electronics and tools were stolen. Storage King will not rectify this situation even tho their incompetence has caused it. I highly recommend one choosing a better facility. We are stranded without tools, parts, or the funds to finish repair of our home/sailboat

GBRIDICULOUS INCREAES EVERY 8 MONTHS They increase the rentals every 8 months; for 2024 the rate increase is over 9%. They keep expanding/building and it appears they pass on the cost to their customers. Filed a complaint and basically it falls on deaf-ears; nothing ever gets done. This is a Florida Location, I'm referring to.
