GBPrices can increase around 20% a year Although agreed a contract without price increases they have increased our prices by more than 20%. They then have threatened to suspend our services because we didn't pay invoices that were charged incorrectly. On top of that, they have 3 months cancellation notice despite having in writing that we will not need to adhere to that.

GBworst company ever i have been trading for about 30 years and this has to be the worst company i have dealt with , they miss-collected my bins 5 times within the last 4 months when you call them they are very rude and don't seems to have any clue whats going on and if you try and get a answer from them all they say is "don't raise your voice otherwise i will disconnect the call" i will be reporting this company to trading standers if anyone els would like to join me reply to this complaint as i'm sure i'm not the only one facing problems with this company

GBSTAY AWAY! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Useless. Had my collection missed 6 times in the past 5 months. Contacted them and they said that they would investigate, but no reply back. Staff are clueless and rude, manager just as bad. Took my bin instead of the one next door, that's how good their communication is!! No apology or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of time and money. HEADACHE!!! SHAMBLES!!!

GBShoddy liars Only collect waste every other time and have to phone to let them know they've missed. Won't let me out of my contract. Prices go up lots every year and have lots of rubbish with no room in bins as they don't collect when they ate scheduled to.

GBDreadful Dreadful. Rude customer service when you want to leave, not helpful when you have queries during contract. Also much more expensive than going direct. Avoid getting tied in with a contract with these guys, they just want your money and once signed up not helpful and make it very hard to leave and go elsewhere.
