Bad online tracking and lost package I was supposed to get an order from Uniqlo delivered to me on December 20th and the order has not arrived as of January 3rd. I called customer service and all they could do was tell me my order was delayed. The tracking information showed that my package was in my city on Dec. 22nd but for some reason it now shows it’s in AZ with no updates since 12/28. I don’t think my order will ever arrive.

One of my worst shipping experience… One of my worst shipping experience ever. Purchased items on Uniqlo and this is apparently their new shipping parter. Received a delivery confirmation yesterday around 3pm stating my items arrived, went out and found nothing. Called their customer service and they assured me it was left at my garage, so I went around the entire street and still found nothing. They then said they will ask their shipper to see what’s going on and contact me. No one contacted me for 24 hours and called again updated answer was “it was left at your garage”. I ask to see if I can escalate this, nope, cannot transfer me to manager or supervisor. I ask for proof the package was delivered, they email me a online notification saying it’s delivered, no picture of the package, no gps position of where the package was left. They then told me to go talk to Uniqlo, it is Uniqlo’s problem.

Inaccurate tracking and lost package My Uniqlo order was shipped through Lattis and I had a terrible experience. The estimated delivery date kept constantly changing, and eventually the tracking status said my package was "Out for Delivery" for several days straight. I couldn't find a phone number for Lattis and their "Contact" form wasn't meant for customers. I had to contact Uniqlo about my order and on the same day I received a reply back from them, my tracking updated to say it was "Delivered" on the first day it was "Out for Delivery," even though it was "Out for Delivery" for multiple days. I never received my package and I had to receive a refund.
