GBInaccurate tracking and lost package My Uniqlo order was shipped through Lattis and I had a terrible experience. The estimated delivery date kept constantly changing, and eventually the tracking status said my package was "Out for Delivery" for several days straight. I couldn't find a phone number for Lattis and their "Contact" form wasn't meant for customers. I had to contact Uniqlo about my order and on the same day I received a reply back from them, my tracking updated to say it was "Delivered" on the first day it was "Out for Delivery," even though it was "Out for Delivery" for multiple days. I never received my package and I had to receive a refund.

GBHorrible company Got nothing!!!! Item was delivered to Fontana while my shipping address is in Arcadia. Never received item. Horrible service. I’d give 0 stars if that was possible. Can’t believe it dared to ask for my rating.

GBJust a follow-up Just a follow-up. I found it pretty funny that Lattis had all poor 1-star reviews. Then right around the same time that they started replying to people, voila!, a glowing 5-star review appeared. Guys, be a little subtler with your social media engineering attempts.
