KWFirst of all I'm not recommending this… First of all I'm not recommending this company and I'll move to FISH IS FAST. I lost almost 500$ cost of items already lost and they didn't put them in my inbox. After 3 days of the item delivery date. They add another item that it's shown clearly in the picture which they taken it's belonging to another person box No. So, Yes I understand what happen! They literally have a lot of mistake by putting your stuff in another box! Or simply you can consider it as LOST and your money will go away! Tried alot of time to contact them but NO RESPONSE! Yea, I'm moving to FISH IS FAST And you should too in my honest opinion!

SAUnreliable and unhelpful “customer service” I’ve used them a few times (as in a few consolidated shipments). In the beginning everything went well. Didn’t really care about timing so much, they weren’t bad so long as I felt they were reliable. Then, I started getting random packages from other customers - I had to reach out to their WhatsApp number to let them know about the mixups and it would take a while for the packages to disappear from my account. At the same time, they started losing packages that were meant for me. Even after confirming through tracking that the packages in question were delivered, they would deny and say it was never delivered and to check with the delivery provider. I lost 2-3 deliveries then decided they were too risky to use. Their customer service is horrendous and they just come back to you with stock responses - infuriating. If you are ordered bulk deliveries and don’t care if some of them are lost - sure go for it. Dont expect anything to be resolved if there are any issues. I’d avoid.

BHThank you Postshipper I love how much these guys treat me as a personal friend. They listen, help and act wonderfully. I send my package to the old address by mistake, once I informed them they sent someone to the old address to collect it and they put it in my inbox. Who would go that far to satisfy a customer?
