Perfect Experience with OPAS! -

Very Bad Experience! Very Bad Experience!! This company is not trustworthy at all. I had 3 packages shipped there earlier this year, the total weight of all 3 combined was less than 10 pounds. After requesting a shipping cost (going to canada) I was quoted $180.00! This didnt seem correct so went ahead an got a shipping quote from UPS directly which quoted me $75.00 for the exact same shippment. That being said OPAS wanted to charge me $105.00 over the going rate just to ship receive and ship 3 packages for me. Little to say I will never be using their services again, what a scam!

What a team! We’ve been with OPAS for years and there are a number of reasons why we’re still using this brilliant service weekly. The entire team at OPAS are impeccably reliable. They’re highly responsive, always replying within a few hours of any messages (even when we say there’s no rush). This company is dedicated to providing a solid, consistent, customer-orientated service to the point they’ve gone above and beyond for us on countless occasions. I can’t recommend OPAS highly enough.

Ridiculously high shipping costs Ridiculously high shipping costs! OPAS grossly over estimate weight of items and charge you accordingly. Shipping was 3 times the price of their competitors. They refused to consolidate my package and re-weigh. In the end I had to ask them to dispose my items that I’d already paid for. Disappointed to say the least :(
